Because Do Good Multnomah operates programs with employees working evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday schedules, this position will have anticipated times of early morning, evening, late-night, or weekend work when needed to support employees, managers, urgent employee relations matters, or staff with nontraditional schedules. Because Do Good Multnomah operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year, the position may require occasional early morning, evening, late-night, weekend, or holiday work to support employees and managers working nontraditional schedules or to respond to urgent employment matters.
