You will lead a team of approximately 12 nursing staff and partner closely with Hamilton County, physicians, advanced practice providers, social workers, mental health professionals, and other multidisciplinary partners to ensure youth receive safe, timely, equitable, and compassionate healthcare. This position combines clinical leadership, staff development, operational management, quality improvement, and care coordination while supporting the unique medical, behavioral, developmental, and psychosocial needs of youth involved in the juvenile justice system.
