The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating and executing file transfer processes, managing and resolving IT incidents / problems, supporting disaster recovery initiatives, coordinating and monitoring backup, including basic network troubleshooting to ensure system reliability and operational continuity. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and basic automation (e.g., pivot tables, XLOOKUP, macros) Willingness to participate in a rotational on-call schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, to support 24/7 operations.
