Basic Qualifications Previous customer service experience is required You must be at least 18 years of age A valid driver"s license and safe driving record No relocation is being offered for this position Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future Preferred Qualifications Previous tire installation experience, 1-2 yearsHigh school diploma/GED Position Skills and Requirements You enjoy serving fleet customers and can provide top-of-the-line service in any scenario Ability to work independently, following schedules, and enjoy solving problems while also being part of a larger Goodyear team Be a clear communicator with others, making every interaction with customers approachable, simple and informative You enjoy working with technology, including mobile phone applications and van tire changing equipment You are excellent at managing your time, but also flexible knowing your schedule won"t always be exactly the same This position requires the ability to read, understand, and follow all procedures and guidelines. Delivering outstanding customer service by answering questions, explaining the installation process, while always fully understanding the customer"s needs Demonstrating proficient knowledge of our products and services including warranties, promotions, and advertisements Working as part of the Goodyear team with the store networkEnjoy daily independence on your route, safely driving the van between fleet customer locations, and representing Goodyear Conduct proper safety checks when installing tires Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including commercial tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.
