The position also supervises one permanent part-time employee and two temporary part-time employees, assists with staff scheduling, training, payroll, recordkeeping, purchasing, marketing, and program evaluation, and helps ensure athletic programs are well-organized, responsive to community needs, and delivered in a professional manner. Graduation from high school or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma and three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in recreational programming, instruction, management or related activities; or an equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
