Primary Roles and Responsibilities: To successfully operate their retail location, the Store Team Leader is specifically responsible to: Cultivate and maintain a healthy talent pipeline, including oversight of front store and cross-trained colleague performance and development, contributing to career progression, involving hiring, training, performance management, and where required, termination of employment. Ensure appropriate staffing to operate store successfully by scheduling to demand, consistently creating and publishing the schedule 3 weeks in advance, and maintaining financial stewardship of store labor spending.
