Event Preparation: • Receive incoming product shipments and verify quantities against inventory records • Organize, label, and store merchandise in designated areas • Set up merchandise displays and prepare product for sales locations • Build and assemble merchandise pop-up locations, including fixtures, tables, and signage • Assist with inventory tasks such as counting, sorting, and tracking stock levels • Create basic signage and price labels for retail areas • Box and prepare outgoing product for transfer or return • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including storage and prep areas • Use pallet jacks or other equipment to move and transport product safely • Support event setup and breakdown as needed to ensure retail areas are ready for operation • Complete other assigned tasks to support efficient operations and quality customer service. Qualifications: Must be 18 years old or older Prior sales or customer service experience preferred Able to work well independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and assisting a high volume of customers Must have reliable transportation to and from work Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical Demands: Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods (up to 10-12 hours) Must regularly lift and move up to 25 lbs Must regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs with assistance Must regularly bend, squat, kneel, and reach overhead Noise levels can range from moderate to very loud, depending on the event Must be able to work in various weather conditions, including heat, sun exposure, cold, wind, and inclement weather; some positions may require working primarily outdoors.
