Additional duties include follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, learn company products and services to better assist others, provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, manage simple records and enter information accurately, adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, as well as respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, support returns and exchanges in a timely manner.
