Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Independently evaluate a variety of complex residential mortgage credit applications, credit bureau information, collateral valuation, complicated tax returns, financial statements, sales contracts, title, insurance and/or other supporting documentation to decision loans within designated authority levels by way of automated underwriting tools.
