What you will do: Under general supervision, the Delivery Assistant assists the Delivery Driver as part of the appliance delivery team in delivering high-end appliances, cabinets, and countertops to BSI Inc. customers (builders, single family homes, and apartments/condos) in a damage free and safe manner; assists in navigating a 26' box truck by providing directions and monitoring area of awareness; unloads and places appliances using straps for a safe delivery; and acts as the customer service liaison in the field by representing BSI, Inc. in a professional and courteous manner. At least 6 months' experience working in a warehouse or other similar type of industry safely moving and lifting heavy products using dollies and/or straps (preferred).
