Qualifications: <ul><li>Passion for working with infants and a deep understanding of their developmental needs.</li><li>Previous experience in childcare, early childhood education, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Certification in CPR and First Aid for infants and young children.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with parents and collogues through the center provided app.</li><li>Patience, empathy, and a nurturing demeanor are essential qualities for success in this role.</li><li>Must be 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or GED.</li><li>1-2 years experience working in a licensed childcare facility, preferred.</li><li>CDA, degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education, preferred but not required.</li></ul>** Pay Range is determined by previous daycare center experience. **     Join a team that feels like family and enjoys flexible hours and an incredible work-life balance before it’s too late!
