This is a full-time, 9-month, fixed-term appointment, which may be renewable. Duties include teaching undergraduate students who are preparing for professional careers in singing in all genres of the music industry musical theatre, commercial voice, classical, pop, and rock. The ideal candidate will be proficient in healthy vocal pedagogy techniques for belting and mixing in addition to standard vocal techniques. Additional responsibilities may include classroom assignments made based on the strengths of the candidate and the needs of the School of Music.NOTE: Central Michigan University School of Music is also seeking a part-time .75 FTE Lecturer of Music Theatre Applied Voice.
