Drive a test-driven development (TDD) practice across the team - writing tests before implementation, maintaining strong coverage across unit, integration, and contract tests, and using the test suite to guide design, prevent regressions, and ensure the reliability of AI-enabled services in a regulated environment. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, or Claude Code, with a proven ability to leverage these tools to accelerate development, improve productivity, and enhance code quality.
