**Onsite Locations:**

+ Nashville, Tennessee

All the responsibilities listed below are considered essential functions of this position. PHOP workers provide behavioral health screenings, referral service support and outreach to Reservists, and their family members as well as consultation to Home Training Center (HTC) and Naval Reserve Center (NRC) leaders.

In this role, you will:

+ Conduct behavioral health screenings with Reservists and eligible Family Members to determine current psychological health needs.

+ Link at Reservists and their Family Members to "good fit services" based on identified needs.

+ Maintain accurate and timely case notes to document all service encounters.

+ Prepare outreach materials such as flyers, brochures and newsletters to educate clients on a wide spectrum of psychological health topics and resources.

+ Provide briefings and consultation to Reservists, Family Members and high-level military leaders.

+ Attend Meetings as required/requested, including staff meetings, training workshops and community meetings.

+ Coordinate with regional site lead and team members to ensure all program data required for reporting purposes is provided in a timely manner.

+ Travel one to two times a month on weekends to various HTCs and NRCs throughout the region.

+ This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Serco to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

+ **A U.S. citizenship.**

+ **To be able to obtain/maintain/transfer NACI investigation.**

+ A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related behavioral health or clinical degree and 2 years of professional experience.

+ Must be independently licensed at the highest level in any U.S. State with one (or more) of the following:

+ Licensed Mental Health Counselor

+ Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

+ Licensed Clinical Social Worker

+ Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

+ Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

+ The ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team.

+ The ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.

+ A professional oral, written, and telephone communication skills.

+ To be able to rely on instructions, pre-established guidelines, experience, and judgment to perform functions on the job.

+ To be computer literate and have experience conducting internet research, utilizing case management databases, and Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

+ Experience with telephonic email and assessment services as with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) is a plus.

+ Knowledge of military culture preferred.

+ To be available for weekend travel 1-2 times per month (25% of the time).

**Position Description & Qualifications**

As the **Navy Acquisition Specialist** , you will be a part of Team Submarine located in **Bangor, WA** , where you will provide technical support covering a wide variety of Team Submarine logistics issues, including overall supply chain support for obsolescence resolution. As part of this dynamic team, you will be expected to bring your expertise and collaborative skills to make an impact towards our military defense and safety of our sailors.

Serco supports the US Navy Team Submarine contract by supporting the acquisition of submarines. The Team Submarine concept unifies once diverse submarine-related activities into a single submarine-centric organization with the goal of eliminating traditional stovepipe structures and processes that created impediments and inefficiencies in the submarine research, development, acquisition, and maintenance communities. Team Submarine provides improved communication among the various offices that contribute to the overall success of the United States Submarine Force.

**This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain and transfer your U.S. Department of War (DoW) Secret security clearance.**

In this role, you will perform these essential functions:

+ Contract Management:

+ Provide cradle-to-grave contract management support for active contracts.

+ Monitor contractor performance, track deliverables, and review invoices to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

+ Assist in contract modifications, exercise options, and support the contract closeout process

+ Provide support related to DD Form 254, ensuring security requirements are current and accurately communicated to the government lead

+ PPBE & Financial Management

+ Track the execution of program funds and provide detailed financial analysis to program stakeholders and other GOVT stakeholders.

+ Assist in aligning program requirements with financial resources and budget cycles to ensure program stability and success.

+ Program Support:

+ Prepare and staff high-level briefings, white papers, and decision packages for senior leadership.

+ Participate in meetings and capture meeting minutes, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions, action items, and decisions for distribution to relevant stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

+ **An active DoW Secret security clearance.**

+ **U.S Citizenship required.**

+ A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering or other technical discipline.

+ 8 years experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.

+ A significant experience in U.S. Navy programs at Trident Refit Facility, Bangor, Washington.

+ The ability to work independently and with a team and often under short, multiple deadlines.

+ A strong computer and analytical skills.

+ Effective communication skills, both written and oral.

+ The ability to be a self-starter, customer oriented and a collaborator.

+ To be procient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).

+ The ability to travel 10%.

Additional desired experience and skills:

+ 10+ years of experience supporting military and DoD clients.

+ Experience in Contract Management, PPBE process, execution of various types of contracts and Financial Management.

+ Understanding of database management tools to track program execution status, contract execution status, and contract deliveries.

+ Experience working with Navy Program Offices, especially NAVSEA or Team Submarine.

Competencies:

+ Must have excellent client interface skills.

+ Must work well individually and as part of a team.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, GenAI, Teams, MS Project, MS Power Applications, specifically Power BI and Power Automate.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

+ Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
