Extensive knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition processes, including a deep understanding of the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as well as familiarity with a wide range of federal and defense-specific contracting vehicles, such as General Services Administration (GSA) Schedules, Multiple Award Contracts (MACs), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, Other Transaction Authorities (OTAs), and specific DoD vehicles like the SeaPort-e, and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) contracts. Knowledge in navigating various DoD funding sources, including Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Congressional adds, Rapid Innovation Fund (RIF), and Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR)/Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs, to secure funding for research, development, and procurement programs.
