Duties and Responsibilities: Performs work in at least three of the following trades in the maintenance and repair of buildings and related fixtures - Plumbing Makes plumbing repairs to sinks faucets commodes tanks urinals P- traps shut-off valves washing machines and water supply that can be accomplished by removing cleaning resealing replacing defective parts or units. Constructs and repairs a wide variety of structural items such as building frames rafters concrete forms walls staircases door and window frames interior and exterior trim and miscellaneous items such as workbenches counter tops bookcases equipment cabinets computer consoles and items requiring limited decorative trim and molding.
