This position partners with the field sales management team to build mutually preferred partnerships with targeted strategic accounts and drive brand awareness and value proposition at the highest levels. This role will also work to shift conversations from traditional product sales to solutions that meet the customer's strategic priorities and highlight the corporate value delivered through partnership with SI-Bone.</p><p>The employee must act and conduct company business in an honest, ethical and lawful manner, consistent with the company's Code of Conduct, other company policies and the AdvaMed Code of Conduct and/or any other applicable industry code(s) of conduct. The company does not tolerate retaliation in connection with making good faith reports of suspected violations.</p><p><strong>Specific Responsibilities and Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute long-term business plans for key accounts focusing on retention and growth</li><li>Meet or exceed corporate ASP goals</li><li>Cultivate high-level, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, often managing large complex or cross-functional accounts</li><li>Introduce new products, services, or technologies to accounts, ensuring successful product adoption and brand consistency</li><li>Act as the primary negotiator for contracts, agreements, and pricing while analyzing market trends and competitive information</li><li>Work with marketing, sales and product teams to align client needs with company offerings, providing insights based on data analysis</li><li>Monitor account performance and create, maintain and present regular, details reports to senior leadership</li><li>Supply data analysis for every single request for proposal from our customer base</li><li>Manage monthly admin fee and rebate audits in collaboration with finance</li><li>Build and manage decision making tools for the organization with regards to pricing</li><li>Work collaboratively with SI-BONE office staff to manage and update all contract and pricing data within the established SI-Bone systems</li><li>Support the SI-BONE Quality System and relevant analytical tools</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge, Education and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 8 + years for Sr. Manager level and minimum of 15 years for Director level of sales/management experience or contract management experience or equivalent consulting or GPO experience</li><li>MBA or bachelor's degree in business, science, marketing or communications preferred</li><li>Experience in reviewing, editing and negotiating legal documents</li><li>Experience in reading, analyzing and writing strategic plans and proposals with customers</li></ul><p>Salary range:   Senior Manager salary range: $112,000 - $144,000.  Director level compensation range: $145,000 - $170,000. You will provide onsite AV event support and assist the client alongside partner teams to ensure successful executive events. Additional duties often include creating support documentation, remediating live event issues, and providing direct training to client's event organizers. The ideal candidate will have a track record of supporting successful events and have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
