Responsibilities:
We are looking for an Neonatologist who want to be a part of a stable, collaborative and cohesive group of Neonatologists and NNP's <ul><li>24 bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with an average daily census of 13 babies</li><li>Over 1,900 deliveries per year; 300 NICU admissions per year</li><li>A positive and collaborative environment is facilitated by a very supportive relationship between physicians and APRNs.</li><li>24/7 NNP coverage with on-call neonatologist at night.</li><li>Our physicians and APRNs use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.</li><li>Leadership, policy development, mentoring, education, and quality improvement opportunities.</li><li>Strong, APRN-led Leadership Team</li><li>Active research program involved in multiple active clinical trials and multi-site collaborations.</li><li>Sign-On bonus and relocation assistance</li></ul>About the Hospital:HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood hospital is part of HCA Houston Healthcare, a family of hospitals serving over one million patients a year at 13 hospitals within the greater Houston area.
