Responsibilities:Design, configure, implement, upgrade, and maintain classified and unclassified network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and virtual networking components Upgrade network configurations to support evolving modeling, simulation, and test requirements Configure and maintain VLANs, routing, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, NTP, and network segmentation Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and configuration issues Maintain network documentation including diagrams, configurations, and baselines Assist with IT modernization and technology refresh initiativesPerform configuration, preventative maintenance, fault isolation of local/remote LAN equipment, and telecommunications circuitry.
