Network Engineer will also need to work with various vendors and Local Government representatives to produce Service Level Agreements (SLA), support process documentation that meet State of Michigan service restore requirements for agency clients that would be effected by the change in service, and interface with Vendor and Local Government technical resources to ensure capabilities, and buy-in on proposed changes.
