Responsibilities:
Advanced Control Systems Management<ul><li>Independently install, test, maintain, diagnose, and troubleshoot multiple types of PLC and motion control systems.</li><li>Lead maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial electronic equipment.</li><li>Manage hydraulic and pneumatic system diagnostics and repairs.</li><li>Install and maintain communication cables, power distribution cables, and complex wiring systems.</li><li>Ensure equipment assembly and disassembly meets and exceeds maintenance standards.</li></ul>Proactive System Monitoring & Response<ul><li>Quickly respond and provide corrective action to alarms and out-of-parameter readings.</li><li>Review and modify control logic, adjust set points, and diagnose electrical wiring issues.</li><li>Monitor critical systems (e.g., chemical tanks, boiler systems) and take preventive action.</li><li>Proactively identify potential issues or hazards before impact to operations.</li><li>Constantly observe plant conditions to ensure production runs efficiently.</li><li>Provide rapid response to equipment problems to keep vital machinery operational.</li></ul>Project Leadership & Implementation<ul><li>Lead production start-up and shut-down activities.</li><li>Direct R&D testing activities including complex wiring, unwiring, and system troubleshooting.</li><li>Work collaboratively with engineers on tests, pilot runs, and process improvements.</li><li>Participate in and lead continuous improvement projects.</li><li>Support R&D involvement in initial production and plant troubleshooting.</li></ul>Network & IT Infrastructure<ul><li>Install, test, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems and servers.</li><li>Support network equipment and industrial LANs.</li><li>Maintain security systems and video surveillance infrastructure.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and communication issues.</li></ul>Preventative Maintenance & Quality<ul><li>Perform and oversee preventative maintenance tasks (filters, water tanks, scale accuracy, label systems).</li><li>Accurately maintain company required performance and maintenance records.</li><li>Ensure all procedures are carefully followed and improved upon.</li></ul>Technical Leadership<ul><li>Mentor Systems Technician team members to grow abilities.</li><li>Share technical expertise to build team capabilities.</li><li>Coordinate with Systems Engineering management on projects and complex problems.</li><li>Collaborate with maintenance, electromechanical teams and operations staff.</li></ul>Additional<ul><li>Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends as needed. Qualifications:
