The provider manages medically complex patients, develops and implements treatment plans, orders and interprets diagnostic studies, and administers therapies such as chemotherapy, transfusions, and supportive care. As an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, the APP delivers care across inpatient, outpatient, and consultative settings, including the assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions and infusions.
