The Systems Administrator reports to the Deputy Director of Business Operations for Washington & Montana offices and works closely with the Executive Director and Senior Management Team (SMT) to support the effective use of IRC systems across Washington and Montana.
SENIOR SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR DCG ONESENIOR SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATORSEATTLE, WADeploy and maintain RMM and endpoint management tooling (including PDQ) for software deployment, patch management, endpoint visibility, and proactive issue resolution. Serve as an escalation point and provide advanced escalation support for infrastructure, identity, security, or complex application issues, including providing guidance, knowledge transfer, and resolution assistance on technically challenging issues.
