This position serves as a technical liaison between operations, engineering teams, vendors, and Corporate IT to ensure secure, reliable, and well-governed connectivity for business systems, facility networks, OT/IoT/IIoT devices, and related technology platforms. End-User and Facility Technology Support: Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, telephony, conference room technology, and other facility IT assets as needed.
