<p/><div><div>Job Description</div></div><div id="9ed85413ce884dd6b141b9a2c62a157c"><div><div id="9ed85413ce884dd6b141b9a2c62a157c-cd653fd5cb60aeac" title=""><div><div><div><div><div><div><p>Emplify Health is looking for a PM&R physician interested in a hybrid inpatient and outpatient position focusing on neurological rehabilitation, but with opportunity for musculoskeletal as part of the outpatient practice.</p><p> </p><p><strong>The Practice: </strong></p><ul><li><p>We are part of a large multispecialty clinic practicing within the Neuroscience Center along with Neurology, Neurosurgery and Pain Medicine</p></li><li><p>The PM&R Department includes PM&R, Neuropsychology, and Chiropractic</p></li></ul><p>                        PM&R Physicians:</p><p>                                    4 Musculoskeletal PM&R Physicians</p><p>                                    3 Neurorehabilitation PM&R Physicians (looking to hire a 4th)</p><p>                                    1 Pediatric PM&R Physician</p><p>                        APCs:</p><p>                                    4 Inpatient PM&R APCs</p><p>                                    3 Outpatient MSK PM&R APCs</p><p>                        5 Neuropsychologists</p><p>                        3 Chiropractors</p><ul><li><p>Inpatient Practice: Recently remodeled 20 bed unit in the hospital managed by the 4 Neurorehabilitation physicians and 4 APCs</p></li></ul><p>                       Call is shared with APCs, includes nights, weekends, and holiday coverage  </p><p>      Excellent hospitalist support for medically complex patients. </p><ul><li><p>Outpatient Practice: Focus on neurological rehabilitation including CVA, SCI, TBI, MS, concussion, spasticity management including Botox and intrathecal baclofen pump management.
