You’ll be responsible for:•Driving club profitability and performance•Coaching and developing sales teams•Leading hiring, onboarding, and staff development•Managing scheduling and payroll preparation•Facilitating crucial conversations and performance accountability•Ensuring operational excellence across all locations Fitness industry experience is helpful but not required.
