JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for providing highly responsive, rapid and reliable safety and security communication services to team members, visitors, and patients through the use of communications equipment including but not limited to, video surveillance equipment, infant safety devices, hand-held radio transmitter, computer-aided telephone switchboard, and computer terminal. Skills & Abilities: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Ability to operate equipment such as a PC, FAX, multi-line phones, mobile radios, and closed circuit television systems (CCTV); Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with internal and external customers.
