This role serves as a resource and mentor for staff, helps coordinate unit operations and performance improvement efforts, supports staff development and scheduling, and collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals. Support daily operations and patient care initiatives by partnering with nursing leadership to promote quality, safety, and exceptional patient experiences.
