Provides in-service training to second shift cottage personnel on various aspects of health services including; the instruction of Direct Support Professionals on proper techniques and procedures for maintaining optimal hygiene, infection control, and other health-related issues as they arise for the people they support. 3. Assists cottage Clinical Managers and Director of Nursing with administrative duties such as budget preparation, development of policies and procedures, development of annual departmental goals, development of competencies, reviewing all components of health services to ensure quality of services and accuracy, i.e., departmental manual, job descriptions, policies, etc.
