Proven experience managing fixed plant maintenance operations, including crushers, screens, conveyors, feeders, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and material processing equipment. Minimum 5-7 years of maintenance experience in a quarry, mining, aggregates, cement, heavy industrial, or related manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
