nResponsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care provided to assigned patients.\n \nResponsibilities And Duties:\n \nAssessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).\n \nOutcomes Identification/Planning - Based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems, documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs (30%).\n \nImplementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriately determined intervals; as part of a multidisciplinary team, revises plan of care based on evaluative data (20%).\n \nLeadership - Actively participates in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance (10%).\n \nOperations (10%).\n \nAs a High Reliability Organization (HRO), responsibilities require focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties. \nMinimum Qualifications:\n \nAssociate's Degree (Required)BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association, RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing\n \nAdditional Job Description:\n \nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\n\n Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.\n
