PAY RATE:               $17.00/HOUR QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Must be age 21 or older </li><li>Must pass a pre-employment drug screening</li><li>Must qualify for a gaming license</li><li>High school diploma or GED required</li><li>Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace (English)</li><li>Ability to stand for long periods and have good finger dexterity</li><li>Experience working at a hotel front desk required</li><li>Experience as a night auditor preferred</li><li>Must be able to work weekends, graveyard shifts, holidays, and nights</li></ul> DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Process guest registration, including posting of payment due</li><li>Close out of the night audit after ensuring all revenue is in balance</li><li>Perform nightly backup of server</li><li>Communicate to management and other desk staff all pertinent shift information</li><li>Perform all arrival and departure procedures</li><li>Provide information about the hotel, restaurant, lounge, and casino to guests</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with an “I can” positive attitude</li><li>Respond to guest concerns/needs in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Maintain room status inventory</li><li>Maintain and clean lobby/common areas as needed</li><li>Manage proper guest payment methods and verifying credit card data per hotel standards</li><li>Maintain updated records of bookings and payment requirements</li><li>Communicate with housekeeping staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and ready before pre-blocking or guest arrival</li><li>Answer the front desk phones in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Maintain a sense of discretion and confidentiality</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul> PUBLIC RELATIONS: Important attributes of any employee of the Havasu Landing Casino, along with the official performance of duties, are personal appearance and public relations.
