The Associate Director (Licensed) is a licensed clinical professional, responsible for the 24/7 day to day department operations which may include, but is not limited to, overseeing staff and resource management, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, financial management, educational and training program(s), and human resources management to ensure optimal results and high employee engagement within the Mount Sinai Health System's Clinical Command Center.
