Warren Oil Company has an immediate need for a Lab Tech for our West Memphis, AR plant. Incentives:<ul><li>Fulltime opportunity</li><li>Competitive pay</li><li>Benefits</li><li>Night Shift</li></ul> The Lab Tech is responsible forconducting chemical and physical laboratory tests to ensure that products meet design specifications. Lab Technician Duties:<ul><li>Conduct laboratory tests per ASTM</li><li>Set up laboratory equipment and instrumentation</li><li>Maintain digital records per ISO 9001:2015 requirements</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe work area</li><li>Ensure quality both inside and outside of the lab of products</li><li>Comply with safety and quality procedures while completing tasks in a timely fashion</li><li>Participate in the continuous improvement of the company by implementing, maintaining, and following relevant procedures, documents, and training required for effective functioning of the corporate ISO systems</li><li/></ul> Lab Technician Requirements:<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent education and experience. May have BA or BS in Chemistry or science-related field.</li><li>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and work orders. </li><li> Ability to problem-solve</li><li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.</li><li>Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel (for data entry)</li><li>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, written and oral instructions.</li></ul> Warren Oil is the largest independent blender and packager of lubricants to the automotive, agriculture, commercial and heavy duty markets in North America.
