In collaboration with medical, administrative, and clinical leadership, this position ensures compliance with regulatory agencies as listed below, creates and updates relevant program policies, performs audits to evaluate policy compliance, and initiates correction action when needed. Establishes effective strategies for service line initiatives, education and competency, physician collaboration, integration, outcomes, and resource utilization with the goal of increasing service line growth, efficiency, compliance, safety, and patient experience.
