What Youll Do: Overnight Care & Support: Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents throughout the night Provide assistance with personal care needs as required Monitor and respond to any medical or behavioral needs Implement approved behavior support plans when needed Independence & Skill Building: Support individuals in working toward their personal independence goals Provide coaching and guidance following individualized care plans Serve as a positive role model and trusted presence Assist with morning routines and preparation for the day ahead Household & Daily Living: Help with meal preparation for early morning or evening meals Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment Complete light housekeeping duties as needed Ensure the home is well-organized and comfortable Documentation & Communication: Complete required overnight logs, reports, and data collection Communicate important information to day shift staff Document any incidents or changes in resident needs Maintain accurate medication administration records What Were Looking For: Required: High school diploma or equivalent Valid drivers license held for at least 3 years with no more than 3 points on driving record PA clearances (Child Abuse, Criminal, FBI fingerprinting) Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently Comfortable working overnight hours No Experience Necessary!
