Provide technical leadership for specialized construction activities, including horizontal directional drilling, tunneling and microtunneling, major road and water crossings, hydrostatic testing, pipeline rehabilitation, welding, coating, nondestructive examination, and integrity-related work. Lead or oversee construction of oil and gas, slurry, concentrate, tailings, water, and return-water pipeline systems, including associated pump stations, compressor stations, terminals, tanks, metering facilities, and supporting civil infrastructure.
