p>Supervise front line staff, manage the practice, to include managing budgetary responsibilities and financial reporting, facilities and materials management, staff administration, and payroll.
p>Job Summary: An Experienced Manager in BDO's Partnerships group, is responsible for advising clients on the tax implications of their business objectives and various partnership specific items including but not limited to section 704(b) and taxable income allocations, capital account maintenance, liability analysis and allocations, section 734(b) and 743(b) adjustment calculations and Tax Receivable Agreement (TRA) calculations. In addition, the Partnerships Experienced Manager is an active participant in process improvement and team-building initiatives, maintains client relationships, and acts as a source of guidance to other team members.
Experienced Registered Nurses • An Associate Degree in Nursing plus five years of clinical experience in medical/surgery, emergency, or telemetry• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing plus three years of clinical experience in medical/surgery, emergency, or telemetry • RN Licensure in one of the states of operation upon hire (NY/NJ/CT/PA), and licensure in all three states of operation within one year of appointment, (exceptions are left up to department discretion).
