Working knowledge of enterprise technology environments, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, endpoint security solutions, device management platforms, collaboration technologies, and common networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, wireless networking, and VPN connectivity. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, significant independent judgment and the initiative to identify and implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency, security, and the overall technology experience for Admissions staff under minimal supervision.
