Once training is complete you can expect steady miles and predictable routes every week, with weekly home time, and an assigned unit and build your experience for higher milage based pay. You will ride with and work alongside a mentor while learning how to manage trips, pickups, deliveries, communication, inspections, and safe day-to-day trucking habits.
