Patient Representatives working in the Audiology department perform tasks that are prescribed, directed, and supervised by audiologists including, but not limited to, testing equipment set up, operation and maintenance; clinical procedures, device orientation and training; hearing aid trouble shooting and repair; maintaining records related to patients, supplies, equipment; clinical activities including patient intake, scheduling, referral management, chart record-keeping, provider support requests, follow-up, customer service and other administrative support.
