As an intern in our Deloitte Audit & Assurance's Securitization practice, you will perform agreed upon procedures related to the full lifecycle of a structured product transaction of certain Mortgaged-Backed Assets (MBS), Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS), Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS) and Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO). You'll have the opportunity to work across our Audit and Assurance offerings - including Audit, Specialized Assurance, Accounting & Reporting, Controls, and Internal Audit - bringing together diverse skills, leading-edge technology, and a global network to deliver high-quality audits, assurance reports, and insights that shape how organizations report and operate.
