The successful candidate will investigate customer and operational issues, lead structured problem-solving, strengthen process controls, and drive measurable improvements across inbound, inventory, picking, packing, rework, value-added services, and outbound operations. • Build strong partnerships with site operations, manufacturing plants, central and Global Quality teams, suppliers, transportation carriers, sister distribution centers, and leadership to resolve issues and drive actions through verified closure.
