RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform preventative maintenance and unplanned (Andon) maintenance repairs of production line equipment that includes photolithography, die prep, grind and polish, AOI, reflow, die bonding, compression molding, convection and vacuum curing ovens, tape mount, microsaw and die singulation equipment, physical vapor deposition (PVD) systems, electrochemical plating, wet/dry etch, dry films, metrology and back end semiconductor (RF) test equipment. Ability to use power tools and hand tools, unique and custom test and measurement equipment for calibration and troubleshooting, micrometers, calipers, drop gauges, multimeters, tensiometers, vacuum testers, analytical testers and others.
