Our ideal Program Manager, Major Projects candidate will bethe single point of accountability for assigned programs, the Program Manager, Major Projects leads cross-functional and often cross-regional teams, manages client and stakeholder relationships at a senior level, and ensures that safety, quality, schedule, and financial targets are met or exceeded. This role provides senior project leadership across the full project lifecycle – from initial scoping and estimating through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout – for programs that may include multiple concurrent projects, sites, contractors, and internal delivery teams.
