3 to 5 years of previous shipping and logistics experience; Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or similar) preferred but not required; Familiarity with freight, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, both domestically and internationally; Knowledge of Harmonized System (HS) Codes and completing commercial invoices; Experience with SAP, Xero, or similar inventory software; Strong mastery of Excel; Detail and deadline-oriented, with strong follow through; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Thrives in fast-paced, high-demand environment; Excellent written and verbal communication skills required; Possess a positive work attitude with the ability to work on many projects at one time; Work experience in entertainment and/or music industries a plus. Manage and coordinate all shipment activities across all lines of business, domestic and international; Work across all departments, 3P distributors, and other parties to ensure product gets to the right place, on time, and at the best possible cost; Ensure all shipments are compliant with interstate traffic laws and regulations; Respond to shipping complaints, lost items, and damages; Work with vendors and warehouses on proper documentation to match receiving logs; Receive and transfer product so location and invoicing is correct; Monitor production team open purchase orders to ensure timely receiving of goods.
