On the day-to-day, you will: Provide executive leadership and enterprise oversight for all transportation operations across WelbeHealth, ensuring consistent, high-quality, compliant service delivery across all markets, as well as set the strategic direction and long-range roadmap for transportation operations, aligning service models, infrastructure, workforce planning, and investments with organizational growth objectives. Drives operational excellence through executive leadership and cross-functional collaboration, partnering with Clinical, Operations, Finance, Technology, and Home Services leaders to optimize transportation performance, fleet strategy, vendor partnerships, and participant experience while supporting organizational growth.
