Job Description: EDUCATION: Successful completion of an educational program in Nuclear Medicine accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Educational Programs in Nuclear Medicine Technology or the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) OR Successful completion of an educational program in Radiography accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology provided prior to start date. General knowledge of computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) and related information systems (Radiology (RIS), laboratory (LIS), electronic health records (EHR), EPIC, and picture archive and communication system (PACS).

Produces high-quality diagnostic images • Responsible for patient safety, including pre-screening for contraindications, aseptic injection techniques, etc. and radiation safety/regulations, including proper documentation and technique when working with radioactive materials/patients • Partners with local ADDs (Account Development Directors) to effectively communicate with physician groups and Radiology/Clinic Directors, and Radiologists on PET/CT software, customer portal, scanning protocols, and quality issues • Troubleshoots the scanner, coach and peripheral equipment (including: monitors, PACS, coils, etc.) • Assists Sales team with start-ups and new business as needed • Other responsibilities as assigned. The employee will be required to: • Sit, stand, walk, for more than 50% of the time • Repetitive movement of hands, arms and legs • See, speak and hear to be able to communicate with patients • Less than 50% of the time: stoop, kneel or crawl, climb and balance, carry and lift (ability to move non-ambulatory patients from a sitting or lying position for transfer or to exam).
