Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) registration or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required• Successful completion of a state-approved NA/CNA training program• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently while following established care plans• Reliable transportation to client homes• Valid driver's license preferred, but not required for all cases. • Assist clients with daily personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene assistance• Provide companionship and social engagement• Offer medication reminders as directed• Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks• Accompany or transport clients to appointments and errands when needed• Monitor and report any changes in client condition• Follow individualized care plans to promote client safety and well-being Qualifications .
