Hartford HealthCare supports Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners in practice: Dedicated support and voice for our for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants through the Office of Advanced Practice directed by Sarah Clark, MBA, MHS, PA-C, BSN, RN, System Director of Advanced Practice. Duties will include vascular surgery patient management and crisis intervention, daily rounding, assessment of new vascular consultations throughout the hospital, pre- and post-operative care, assisting on operative cases as needed, discharges, and collaborating with the Vascular Surgery Attending Physicians and other medical providers.
